Moro axial fans vengono are used to move the air inside industrial or livestock systems.
Depending on the impeller's diameter and the electric motor's power, these fans can move small or very large volumes of air at a medium/low pressure.
The impellers of axial fans are fitted with an aluminium die-cast hub and patented with variable pitch blades so that their performances can be changed according to their requirements. As far as the temperatures and extracted fluids are concerned, the blades can be made of:
The MQ series axial fan has a flow rate of between 800 and 10 000 m3/h and can withstand pressures of up to 27 mm H2O.
These models are recommended for ventilating environments where gas or smoke with temperatures between -20 and 40 degrees need to be extracted. In order to function correctly, the extracted fluid needs to be replaced by an equal volume of air.
The standard model is available in two versions:
Both of the models in the MQ series are made of painted carbon steel conveyors and plates: the standard air flow direction is from motor to impeller but, on request, it is also possible to invert the flow.
The company's technical department offers a customised extractor design service to it's customers who have specific requests. They will help the customer decide on the best design solutions that can meet all requirements.
Moro S.r.l. is specialized in the design and production of industrial axial fans which are also suitable for special applications such as extracting high-temperature fumes in a fire emergency and has obtained the F400 certification (400˚C, 120 Min) according to the EN12101-3 standard.
